Day 85 - Do you think crying is a sign of weakness of strength?

For me, crying is a sign of weakness. I awkwardly cry a fair bit now. I have cried a total of five times this year. The last time I cried was yesterday because I had an absolute shit day and I just wanted to come home and do my assignment but then I got locked out of the house. That made me more angry and frustrated so I just sobbed to myself for a bit. I can’t think of a moment when crying is a sign of strength but it does not always shows weakness. It shows vulnerability. People cry when they have had too much of something and can’t take it any more of when they feel very vulnerable.
